If you're not happy with your order, we're here to help.
Return window
You can request a return within 30 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in their original condition, and in their original packaging.
How to start a return
Email solenbuy@gmail.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll send you instructions. Please don't send anything back before contacting us.
Return shipping
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a tracked service, as we can't process a refund for an item we don't receive.
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we'll email you to confirm. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank.
Damaged or wrong items
If your item arrives damaged or you received the wrong product, email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo. We'll replace it or refund it at no cost to you — including return shipping.
