Shipping Policy

We want you to know exactly what to expect, so here are our honest shipping timeframes.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after they're placed. You'll receive a confirmation email when your order ships.

Delivery time

Once shipped, orders typically arrive within 10–20 business days. Many of our tools are shipped directly from our supply partners to keep prices fair, which means delivery can take a little longer than next-day retail — but it also means you're not paying inflated markups.

Tracking

Every order includes tracking. You'll get a tracking number by email once your order is on its way, and you can follow it on our Track Your Order page.

Shipping cost

Shipping is free on all orders.

Delays

Occasionally customs processing or carrier delays can extend delivery beyond the usual window. If your order hasn't arrived within 30 days, email us at solenbuy@gmail.com and we'll help sort it out.
